Since taking office in 2019, Lane County Commissioner Heather Buch has led our community through multiple crises. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and the region’s devastating wildfires, Heather has been a steady leader who has delivered for her constituents. Under her leadership, Lane County has made progress on many fronts – from reducing our climate impact, to creating new affordable housing, to rebuilding the critical infrastructure that connects our homes and cities.
